About
Computer Engineering Student & Aspiring Software Developer
I am a third-year Computer Engineering student at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University. My academic journey is shaped by a strong interest in software development, algorithms, and artificial intelligence, along with a continuous effort to improve both my technical and personal skills.
My studies follow the official Computer Engineering curriculum at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University: I have taken the full set of required technical courses in the program (excluding standalone internship credits), from mathematics, physics, and basic electronics through programming, systems, and software engineering. The list below highlights representative courses—this is not an exhaustive transcript, but it reflects the breadth of the track I completed.
In parallel with lectures, I have completed laboratory work and projects across these areas—e.g. implementing data structures, analysing algorithms, modelling software with UML, and connecting theory to computer organisation (number representations, redundancy, low-level behaviour). In Software Engineering, I have moved from conceptual models to code, including patterns such as the Adapter and code generation from UML diagrams.
Education
B.Sc. Computer Engineering — Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University
Third-year undergraduate. English preparatory year completed; academic communication in English at B2 level.
Selected coursework (highlights) — titles in English; departmental codes omitted. Pedagogical formation electives are not listed.
Summer internship courses appear in the curriculum as separate credits; my portfolio describes practical experience separately under Experience.
Erasmus+ study mobility — Lodz University of Technology, Poland
Completed a study period abroad with a different educational culture; strengthened collaboration, reporting, and cross-cultural communication. I have shared highlights of this experience on my professional profile.
South-West University "Neofit Rilski" — Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria
I received a formal Erasmus+ internship acceptance (offer) from the host university. This milestone is part of my international mobility record and has also been shared on my LinkedIn profile.
ORCID researcher profile
0009-0006-8360-795X — publication pipeline includes collaborative academic writing (manuscript in revision; not yet publicly released).
Experience
Team member — International Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Competition
I contributed as a team member in the Uluslararası İnsansız Hava Aracı Yarışması (International Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Competition), TEKNOFEST’s flagship UAV track spanning categories such as fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and free-mission missions, with staged deliverables including project presentation reporting and preparation / mission video phases. Official scope and documents are on the TEKNOFEST competition page. The experience sharpened structured teamwork, systems integration, and deadline-driven documentation.
Team member — Unmanned Underwater Systems Competition
I took part as a team member in the İnsansız Su Altı Sistemleri Yarışması (Unmanned Underwater Systems Competition), a dedicated TEKNOFEST track for remotely operated and/or autonomous underwater vehicles, scenario-based missions, and staged engineering deliverables (e.g. technical readiness, critical design reporting, and system demonstration). Details and rules are published on the official TEKNOFEST competition page. This experience strengthened my underwater-systems engineering practice and disciplined reporting under competition timelines.
Academic & cultural travel (beyond Poland)
Beyond my study period in Poland, I have travelled across Europe for academic and cultural purposes — including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Italy, and Vatican City. These experiences strengthened my adaptability, planning, and communication in diverse environments.
Projects
Some coursework repositories are not public due to academic integrity policies. Below is an honest summary of project themes I have built or am currently building.
Designed and implemented as a static, responsive portfolio to present my profile, CV, and links — emphasizing clarity, performance, and maintainable front-end structure.
An on-device retrieval + ranking assistant: Resul’s public facts plus curated software-learning guidance (stacks, career paths, study habits) — staged UI, streaming replies, no paid API.
Ongoing project focused on mobile software development practices and user-facing interaction patterns.
Course-related team project building a game as an integrated software engineering exercise (architecture, iteration, testing mindset).
Introductory data-oriented project from an earlier semester (methods, experimentation, reporting).
Classic minesweeper implemented as an early programming exercise to strengthen logic and UI fundamentals.
Co-authored academic manuscript with a faculty advisor (latest revision private until publication). ORCID above will consolidate works as they become public.
Res AI
Res AI is a deliberately scoped system: your question is normalized, scored against a curated knowledge base (my published profile plus original summaries of software paths, tools, and learning discipline), then answered with streaming text and a match-strength meter. All logic runs in your browser.
Skills
I learn actively and prefer precise wording: below reflects languages and tools I have used extensively in courses and projects, plus areas I am deliberately deepening (ML/DL, security).
English: B2 — comfortable for academic and professional communication.
Spanish: beginner track (structured online coursework; long-term goal of certification-aligned progression).
Beyond code
Chess: Former licensed player; I still play at a strong level and use chess as training for structured thinking and patience.
Cybersecurity: I am genuinely motivated by defensive thinking, threat models, and secure system design — an area I intend to explore more deeply alongside software engineering fundamentals.
Teknofest-style teamwork: I value clear reporting, shared ownership, and calm communication under deadlines — skills reinforced in competition environments.
Contact
I am open to internships, research-oriented collaborations, and thoughtful software engineering opportunities.
